iPhone X is frozen on apple logo unresponsive to reset

My iPhone X stopped responding after taking it off charger to make a call, I tried to rest it and it flickered from home screen to black until I put it back on charger and it got stuck on apple logo and hasn’t responded all day... so now I’m trying to sign in on my iPad mini with phones Apple ID and it is throwing 2 step authentication being sent to iPhone which I cannot access because phone is froze. The password and security in settings on iPad mini is just giving me spinning circle when I poke it to reset password for Apple ID.... can anyone help me I just want to get the iPhone X restarted from accessing the account from this ipad

Charge it for a least 30-45 minutes, then, while keeping your X plugged in, try a "forced" restart of your iPhone, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support.

If the issue persists, it might be a hardware (battery? charging port? other ineternal component?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
