Focus mode

I’m having a problem when using focus mode. Whatsapp notifications are still coming through when my phone is on do not disturb or sleep mode. My settings for Do not Disturb mode and Sleep mode are good. I tried resetting my notifications settings on whatsapp but still with the same issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem and managed to resolve it? Thanks.

Snapchat notifications are still coming through in Focus mode on my iPhone Hello, so I have turned on Sleep focus with no notifications from any applications allowed, time-sensitive notifications are also not allowed and also in iOS settings, Snapchat time-sensitive notifications are disabled. Notification are on silent. Focus mode bug Is anyone else having this issue. People are telling me that my notifications have been silenced when trying to text me. I have never turned on the focus mode on my iPhone or any of my Apple devices. I have made sure they are turned off and I have restarted all my devices. This is very annoying and I need Apple to fix this problem ASAP.

Maybe you have added WhatsApp as an exception please remove it.

Hi.

Unfortunately I have no apps set under exceptions. I only have two contacts as exceptions (for calls and sms) All other apps are muted
