Everything since bought my new iPhone 13 Pro when I try to send pictures into Shutter stock to sell them they're never good enough in quality they keep turning them down what am I doing wrong

Ever since I bought my iPhone pro 13 when I try to send them in to sell on Shutterstock they keep turning down my pictures because of poor quality why is that???

If you have iCloud Photos turned on in iCloud settings you will have to download the original hi-res copy from iCloud

Look at the info pane of the photo in question - is it now full res?

Although if you used Safari on iCloud.com there is also a Downloads folder in Files app that you specified in Settings, Safari.

I really hate iCloud Photos and I use my Mac to manage storage and sync, so I have not done it for years, I just know where to find the help.
