Again, why would you need a new phone? The existing phone should continue to work as always, no matter the cellular contract status.
As to the contract issue, you would need to chat with your cellular provider.
Okay, however I did get my phone on the 5th august 2020 and the contract lasts 2years so surely that means my contract has ended meaning I need a new phone
