All of the sudden when I use the "share song to music" feature to export something in Logic to Music the version that ends up in Music has about 1 minute of extra silence at the end.
This happens even if I use the Cycle Region in Logic and export "cycle area only". Any ideas?

Unsure about sharing to Music, when using Logic's Bounce function there are settings one can use such as "Normalize" and "Include Audio Tails".
Audio Tails while using (reverb) with a compressor on the master bus can cause the behavior you describe, if you have those options available set Normalize to off and deselect include audio Tails.
