Can’t connect to local international network on iPhone

My iPhone 12 Pro was set up with Travel Pass by Verizon so that I could make international calls. But the phone would only find the local network for one second and then lose it . Any suggestions? Thanks!

If Verizon cannot figure it out, I doubt that anyone here will be able to help.

Try a Forced Restart for the phone if you have not already done so.

Follow the instructions very carefully. If the slider to turn off the phone appears during the process.......keep holding the button until the Apple logo appears in the center of the screen.
