I would say it is not a MFI product.
It has no certification from Apple.
It could have an authentic Apple chip in the cable and still not be part of the MFI program.
The manufacturer has to send samples to the MFI program and pay for testing to become part of the program.
The manufacturer might not want to pay to be part of the program.
Notice that the second label does not have the Apple logos.
Beyond that, its impossible to conclusively say if it is certified or not.
What is on the Brite Concepts package is not the same as either of the MFi badges that would indicate an Apple certified product. So your view is that it isn’t an Apple certified product?
If so the statement on the front of the package that it has an “Licensed Apple chip inside” could be false. If so Apple should contact Brite Concepts and Kroger (where I bought it) to desist.
