horizontal line appear in iphone se 2020 after upgrade ios 15.6

my iPhone se 2020 suddenly have full horizontal lines after install iOS 15.6 , which is very strange it happens after upgrade , I have done the soft reset and I suspect upgrading trigger hardware fault sometime and cause permanent hardware failure that the developer yet to find , even it is a rare cases ? I used to work in tester field . A Japanesecar manufacturer want us to reduce the failure of their hardware from 10/ 1,000,000 to 1/1,000,000. that we are not able to manufacturers at that moment .
