Thanks for those details. Are you using the Zoom feature on your iPad? You can check under Settings > Accessibility > Zoom: Zoom in on the iPad screen - Apple Support
If so, see if you can turn it off there and test again, or try this:
To turn off Zoom, double-tap the screen with three fingers or use accessibility shortcuts.

Matthew, sorry for the confusion. My device problem is with the iPad Pro 4th generation. To confirm a purchase or get an app, there is a button in the upper right hand corner which needs to be double pushed. I have restarted the iPad and have a payment referenced for purchases. Hope you have a solution! Thank you.
The zoom was not on, but I turned it on and then off again. Tried shutting down the iPad, but nothing has helped. Other suggestions? Picture shows partial button…
