As ryane77 wrote, to confirm the purchase, you need to click the physical top button on your iPad. The indicator exists only to guide you to it. To be more clear, it's the button the hand is pushing below (boxed)-

Hi there Baggie2,

Thanks for those details. Are you using the Zoom feature on your iPad? You can check under Settings > Accessibility > Zoom: Zoom in on the iPad screen - Apple Support

If so, see if you can turn it off there and test again, or try this:

To turn off Zoom, double-tap the screen with three fingers or use accessibility shortcuts.

Let us know how it goes. Take care.

Hey there Baggie2,

From the screenshot you just sent us, we aren't seeing any issues that are apparent to us.

If you're referring to the message near the top right, that's pointing towards your Sleep/Wake button to confirm the payment. If this is the case, and you'd like to provide Apple feedback about it, you can submit it here for consideration: Product Feedback

If you're referring to something completely different, please provide us more details. The more we have, the better equipped we'll be to assist.

Cheers!

Matthew, sorry for the confusion. My device problem is with the iPad Pro 4th generation. To confirm a purchase or get an app, there is a button in the upper right hand corner which needs to be double pushed. The problem is that the “button” is only partially visible and it cannot be pushed. I have tried both portrait and landscape directions, but they both only show a partial button. I have restarted the iPad and have a payment referenced for purchases. Hope you have a solution! Thank you.
