Is there a way to turn off the gyroscope/accelerometer

Is there a way to turn off the gyroscope/accelerometer or any sensor that detect the "Shake" motion.

I want to either disable the authorization for specific app to access this sensor or disable this sensor for whole iphone.

This is not about "Shake to undo" or "Shake to wake up" function but some other function related to some apps.
