IOS Banking App forcing Camera Access.

After a recent update, i am unable to access my banking information without giving permission for camera access! Is that legal!

as the photo demonstrates, i only have one option, if i het OK, it takes me to the app settings to enable Camera access, otherwise the App will close automatically.

first, does this interfere with IOS Developer policy?

second, what shall i do?
