Apps Abroad

I recently moved to Mainland China and when attempting to download the Chinese version of the Nike app I receive an error message, "App Not Available". I changed my region in settings and reset phone. What do I need to do to be able to download?

Apps might not be available in every country your Apple ID is registered.
