Hi I have iPad Pro 3rd Gen when I hit the “Confirm” button it does not work

Hi,

When I want to download and app whilst setting up my pro some of the apps request you double click and hit the “Confirm button” instead of entering your password.

I read you need to hit the top Botton but what and where is the top button?

I tried the “upload” and also the “double click button in the top right hand corner” and nothing happens.

I am totally stumped what the top button is.

Can you please guide me.
