My watch is up to date with the latest updates. When I go to my activity screen and scroll all the way down it doesn’t give me an option to change my activity goals. I have looked everywhere and can’t seem to figure it out. Please help!

Okay... as stated in my question I have already tried this and I do NOT have that option on my screen. My photo is the watch face fully scrolled down.

Then try losing the attitude,I was trying to help.
To change ALL execise goals your watch must be running WatchOS7 or higher.
What if my watch is updated but still does not give me the option to charge activity goals?
