This Mac OS Monterey is imaging my motion & movement inside my home by spying neighbor

How do I get rid of this Mac Is access? It’s my sick neighbors who use it to code, customize, control settings while accessing all & adding more controls. They are using SWIFT & Monterey to track me whatever I do all of it inside my home. They use Health & HomeKit, Compass. They hijacked me onto their own networks that I cannot access nor any Wi-Fi ! They have my RF, use heart monitor sensor data, heat & motion w LIDAR & SONAR to map my home’s rooms, bathrooms w & AR w my images they took from my photos & video used with MONTEREY . For years theyve been selling stealing sharing using me in development as a rest dummy cuz they are 15-35 yards away can do it thx to Apple Watch, Airdrop, TV Remote & Game controls. I’ve tried to report to FBI & local dh LE but they share w certain officers so they won’t do any investigation. They also record audio & I now cover my camera lenses to cover additionally clever wide angle lenses and filtering brightest lights that see through things. They can’t see me.
