Can not turn on calls on other devices

"FaceTime and iCloud must be signed in to the same Apple ID to enable calls on other devices." I have checked 3 times, on my apple id, and I have the same password that I changed it to in Feb of this last year, same goes for my iCloud. So what else am I suppose to do? I have read all the other help advice on here. I have iPhone 7 software is 15.6
