How do I reinstall the Notes app on my iPhone? The App Store only gives me the choice to “open” the app, not to download and install it.

The open button implies the app is installed already. If you’d like to remove it and reinstall, visit Settings > General > iPhone Storage and use the search function on the top right to look for the Notes app to delete it and visit the App Store again.
