I want to request a refund

Good afternoon,

I want to request a refund. I have applied the money to my account, however it wont let me buy anything.

I went and bought my subscription directly on the website of the app that I am using, that is Fitbod. Please help me get my refund back.

I don't need it anymore. You can take it out of my account. by trying to buy 2 other things It says that I have insufficient funds.
