Phone number
So I have a phone number that needs a verification code but I don’t have the ohine with the number because I had to sell the phone and get a new number.Is there any way I can get that phone number again?

Ask your carrier if they can switch the number to the new phone. When you set up 2 factor authentication did you add any other trusted devices or trusted phone numbers to receive authorization codes?
