I can zoom the screen for other items. But the top menu bar is still very small font. Any easy way to fix this now? (I see this is a long standing issue with no fix that doesn't involve changing "everything") Thank you for any assistance on this.

That would require Modifying the Entire Operating System which can not be done.
Unlike in MS Windows where the Overall Look and be scaled up or down, Apple does not provide that feature
