why is my left air pod pro not showing up

My air pod pro (new one ) 's left side is not showing up. How to solve it? Thanks.

Did you already reset your AirPods, as explained in this article?

How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

If yes, and the issue still persists, contact Apple to get the defective one replaced:

Replace a damaged AirPod or Charging Case
