I am making a numbers document and want to be able to print it landscape with narrow margins. I see prior questions but the info is not relevant to Numbers version 12.1. Thanks!

use the Numbers menu item "File > Print…" then choose the page orientation you want.
Then use the content scale slider to adjust the size of the content so it fits your page. You may have to exit, then move content around, then choose "File > Print…" again to adjust the content scale
