Update will not install - says I am not connected to the internet —-I have a very good connection- why is this the case?
Says I am not connected to internet when trying to install update—- I am! Connected

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't update - Apple Support
Study the section about removing the update and then downloading it again. This will often get things working when everything else seems to be OK.
