Incoming calls will not ring.

Yes, the sound is on, and the ringer works. I've never had this problem before. I have turned the phone off to boot it, with no effect.


I have noticed there is a tiny "icon" in the upper right corner next to the battery. It looks like a double bed! I have no idea where it came from, nor how to get rid of it. HELP!

That’s a sleep focus. Go to Settings/Focus and tap on Sleep, and turn it off. Or delete the sleep focus entirely if you never plan to use it.

Crisis resolved. I figured it out. It's a "Bedtime" Focus....which I never turned "on" since I didn't even know it existed. This phone is just a couple of months old, but it updated a week or so ago, so I imagine this cute little feature was activated during that change. I looked, but never did see a "bed icon" in a long list of icons on the website. :-(
