my iPhone XR keeps freezing and I had to reset it a few times. Since yesterday I'm receiving an insisting message asking me to log in to update apple ID settings while I am already login. I reset, and erased all content and setting last night. I'm surprised to have the same message showing again. please advise.

if you iPhone is not jailbroken it cant be hacked.
if you recently changed your iCloud password you will be asked to log in again.
if you think your account has been compromised changed the iCloud password from iCloud.com
