Cannot open iTunes

Cannot open ITUNES. Downloaded it again and tried to import a CD - no info. Had the circle going round and round but no progress on the countdown. Reloaded but can still not open ITUNES. Also my Ipod does not download any of my playlists despite there being plenty of space on it. ITUNES is RUBBISH!

What version of what operating system do you have? What version of iTunes did you download?


CD info comes from the Gracenotes CDDB database and works by matching the pattern of track lengths on the disc. Occasionally iTunes will fail to get a match, or perhaps get too many to choose between. You can insert the details by hand when this happens.
