System extension cannot be used

I was installing new software for the Mavic Air 2 Drone, which is DJI Assistant 2, and I received the message below.

Can anyone tell me what it means and how to fix it?

I am using a 13" Mac Book Pro Retina, and my operating system is OS X 10.9.5.

How to enable System Extensions in Ventura 13.4.1 (22F82)? Installed Ventura 13.4.1 (22F82) Last night. Today I'm getting the System Extension Error An error occurred with your system extensions during startup and they need to be rebuilt before they can be used. Go to Privacy & Security System Settings to re-enable them. I don't see an 'enable' there. Do I need to click (give a checkmark) to all the 'added' extensions or what, exactly. I chose what I thought appropriate. Rebooting does not help. This is an old issue at one time attributed to an earlier MacOS - has it been re-introduced and Apple just needs to correct it or what? System Extension Blocked alert is not prompted. I have installed Ivanti client and connected to it, I am using a PSAM feature. To use this I need to get a system extension blocked for the SAM. And I need to allow it on the Security & Privacy section. Issue: I am not getting this prompt nor appeared in the Security & Privacy section. Can any one help me on this. Do we have any terminal command or any other process to enable the system extensions prompt? OR to manually allow this extensions? Mini mac with 13.3 Ventura M1 Monetary 12.4.6 The prompt looks like the below( It appeared on my VM). But not on the physical machines.

It means that something went wrong with the installation. It's likely that the version of macOS you're running is too old. You're more than a few versions behind... 10.10, 11, 12, 13, 14.15, 11.x, 12.x, and coming this fall, 13. 10.9 is 7 years out of date.

Contact the manufacturer or check the system requirements in the manual.
