On your iPhone just sign into iCloud with your AppleID. That will walk you through the process of creating an iCloud email address if you do not have one.
If you have an iCloud email address associated with your AppleID, just enable iCloud mail in your account settings on the device. Turning that setting switch ON will immediately set up iCloud mail in the mail app.
