Trust 3u tools??
I just used 3u tools to check my battery from a YouTube video… but it asked me access to photos for it to work ( I pressed yes 😫) on my phone did they just steal a copy of all my photos and data

3utools is a hacking tool. You put your phone and data at risk if you use it. If you accessed your phone through 3utools IMMEDIATELY restore it to factory settings, and don’t restore a backup unless it was made before you used it to access your phone.
And stop looking at Youtube videos for “help” with any Apple product, except for Apple’s Youtube channel (Apple Support - YouTube). While there may be some legitimate ones, a lot will either intentionally, maliciously, or just stupidly give bad advice. Like the one that said you could charge your phone by putting it in a microwave oven.
This forum is the right place to get user-to-user help, and the Get Support link at the top of this page is the best way to get help directly from Apple.
