Billing info update not working and can’t download any apps including free apps

I recently had a billing issue where I was double charged for a purchase, I got a refund but since then I can download any new apps even free ones, I’m constantly asked to update my billing info and none of my cards are accepted. I’ve deleted the cards, & i can’t still download free apps, please how can I fix this?

Did you follow theses steps to update your payment information?

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support


If yes, and still no luck, you'll have to contact the official Apple Support about that.

Only they can look into your personal settings, to find the issue.
