Hello,

First I find it best to get my question resolved by giving more info on your device you are having the issue with.

Like…..which iPhone? which iOS are you updated to?

Have you gone to your settings/general/about which you can see your actual available memory on your device. Will show you your device’s capacity (total memory of device) and under that it says available (which is your device’s memory space still open to fill).

so you can see what memory you actually have.

I must say tho that I too have issues with my iPhone SE hard drive being full and I believe is due to the photos app. I posted a question and so far no one has an answer of how to stop my device from saving duplicates of my photos and videos on my phone bc both the Apple camera app and the Apple photos app each have a copy of every photo and video. Duplicates everything fills up my memory. Might you check your device in case that is your issue too…

Good Luck!

My iPhone is full for no reasons why
