Finding Out where an Order Stands:

Contact Apple Support

No one here has any say in deliveries. These ware just user-to-user forums. So, if you want to know where this all stands, then you'd have to go through Apple for all of that. Non on here has access to your Account info (and that is a good thing, BTW).

Apple Phone Support Info:

• Contact Us - Choose Locations
• Proceed from there as Necessary
• Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

If you're living in the USA, then yes, no problem.

If you're out of the USA, Apple doesn't ship internationally.
