Hello my grandad has got an ipad and he has now got dementia and has no use for ipad anymore but we cannot seem to get into the iPad without his email if and password which non of us no and he obviously doesn’t remember now with his dementia. Is there anyway around this at all??
If he is the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it.
