Instagram App will not open

Hello,

Unfortunately, there does seem to be some kind of issue involving the iPhone 13/13 Pro and Instagram that prevents the app that Instagram/Meta need to fix.

There seems to be no technical support for Instagram/Meta, so the only thing you can do is report the issue using another device. If enough people report the issue, hopefully they will notice: How do I report a technical problem on Instagram?

Is that what instagram told you when you contacted them it was an iphone 13 issue? Nothing to do with the last update that they had.... You can't trust an iphone because a social media app won't open because an issue with the social media itself.

Wow such a big issue....

Unfortunately I don't really care who's issue it is - when I purchased a new phone it doesn't work with the Apps I'm needing to use than it's useless to me. It's a business account on my Instagram that I need working, so I'm going back to the old phone until whoever is responsible can fix the issue. I can't wait and hope that Meta fixes it - they don't really have support and I have more important things in my life than to spend hours trying to get a new phone to work.

Thanks for sharing that useful info, perhaps the next step is contacting instagram, oh wait did you do that already?
