Are there any articles on how to use GCX?

Based on what I can tell, since I used to work for an AASP, you can only do so while you are still under the AASP, or if they gave you a direct phone number to the training hotline. Unfortunately the AASP I used to work for is no longer in business, and I can view but not edit my record.
