I cannot get into iTunes to complete iCloud transaction

I am needing to upgrade my icloud storage, but before I do that, I need to get into iTunes. I cannot get into iTunes to complete the transaction.

Hello~ Please don’t post your personal information here as it can only led to issues as everyone on this forum can see it. Is your iTunes account disabled? If so ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


Contact through link or by going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:


Contact Apple for support and service
