Apple Mail app issue with office 365 accounts having issues

issue is only affecting Apple native mail app, if we install outlook on that same device it works fine, I do not know what is this tool trying to access on exchange online or what protocol it tries to use.

appreciate your help with this if any one faced the issue

Contact Microsoft or look at their support site for he correct settings.
