Your iPad Pro supports USB PD (Power Delivery) Fast Charging, but does not support “QC” (Quick Charge) other proprietary Fast Charging standards.

Most iPad models require a minimum of 10-12W (i.e., 2.0 - 2.4A @5V) to reliably charge. iPad models that support USB PD, when paired with a compatible Power Adapter, increase their maximum charging rate to 18-20W - this being achieved by using different power profiles (e.g., 2.0A @9V or 1.5A @12V).
