Bluetooth

My bluetooth shows its self as unavailable and it turns on and off on its own and it makes my phone slow sometimes and sometimes it makes my phone freeze, how do i fix this issue to be able to use my Bluetooth again?

Why does my iPhone 16 Pro's Bluetooth keep disconnecting, requiring frequent restarts?
