Good morning, my whatsapp does not work, it says "Whats app couldn't start please restart your iphone if the problem continues". What can I do? I have reseted my phone already 4 or 5 times. I don't want to reset is anymore. Is there any other solution?

Besides whatsapp camera is not working, I cannot watch reels and some other apps are not working as well. Please help me, I bought my iphone two months ago, it happened on that phone and I thought it was the phone's fault so I asked the tech shop to switch my phone and they did, but it happened on the new phone as well. What can I do except from reseting? And if this is a IOS problem, how can I solve it? Please answer.
