iMessage and Facetime - Getting server error on iPad mini

Hi team,

I am getting server error while signing in on iMessage and Facetime on my iPad mini.

I have checked the Date/Time settings. Software update has been completed.

Tried turning off and on my iPad and also resetting General and Network settings. Nothing works.

Since I cannot login I cannot see the Toggle on/Off switch as well in the Settings. Please help.
