Steps to buying an Apple product in a different country

Hey,

I'll be moving to the Netherlands in a few weeks for my studies, and I was wondering what exactly do I need to do in order to buy a new device there without any hiccups? My billing address is currently set to my home address in Hungary, but I'll have a permanent residence in the Netherlands. Do I just need to change it to the new address, and I'm all set? Only asking this because some people said that I also need a Dutch bank account/credit card that is on my name, but others stated otherwise.
