When I try to login to my snap and verifying my phone number to get my password changed it says “this phone number is not signed up” I had changed my password a week ago and I didn’t have this problem. My phone number has been the same since 2016

That is something you need to ask SnapChat about. SnapChat is not an Apple product/service.
