Screen flickering/glitching

Opened my laptop and the screen looked like this has now progressed to just the pink columns. And tips on how to fix it?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.5

That is indicative of a hardware issue and you should schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
