How do I bypass my personal text shortcuts?
I do not know if I am using the proper terminology, but under my keyboard settings I have replace "gvc" with "Galveston Veterinary Clinic," but I sometimes just want to use "GVC." When the suggestion pops up, which is the case in most instances, I can push escape--which took way too long to figure out since I foolishly assumed that the "x" would save the same purpose only to learn that is serves no purpose. However, in some situations, such as when composing an email, it automatically changes gvc to Galveston Veterinary Clinic every time. Is there a way to bypass this sometimes? Thank you
