Optimised charging

I’ve got an iPhone SE 3rd gen wireless charging using a belkin charger, last night I put it on charge at around 10:30pm with 66% of charge at 9:20am this morning I took it of charge at 80%

however I’ve never seen the onscreen message to say when the charge will fully complete, is this normal?

i’ve even looked at the screen for the message before taking it off the charger but it’s not displayed

am I missing something or doing something wrong
