'Get Support' is right there ~ Top right of each ASC page.
This is would be better reported to 'Developer's team'.
Shazam is an 'app store' item, & So I did. Why not you?
But they (Apple ~ Canada) does suggest:
"If a fault does occur, please report it to Customer Services, at
support@apple.com or by using our 'in-app' support options, &
we will attempt to correct.. fault as soon as we reasonably can."
