when Updating to 15.6 on iPhone 11, update gets stuck at “preparing update”. Cannot remove started update from storage. Cannot get iPhone 11 to update to 15.6. Always gets stuck on preparing update. Help!

So I turned my phone off and back on again, reconnected it to iTunes on my pc and it went through a long updating process, verifying update with Apple and my phone went black and then restarted with a long wait to the welcome screen but all is complete now! Thank you WheelieNick!!
