My name is Charles and I just got my new I Pad I finished getting my I Pad fully operational and later on that day I used the wrong passcode and my I Pad closed The more I tried the longer would not open to the home page. can you help me

My I Pad is currently on "I Pad unavailable" because I tried too many times using the wrong passcode. I now have the correct passcode. How can I get my I Pad back to the home page?

As long as your iPad is running iPadOS 15.2 or higher, see the directions in this link --> How to remove your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch passcode without a computer - Apple Support


If this doesn't work, you'll need to erase the iPad using your computer with iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac), by following the directions in this link --> If you forgot your iPad passcode - Apple Support
