Can’t download or update apps cause of a billing problem

Can you please delete the billing information for my iPhone so I can install and updates my apps cause I can’t do it my self I sign in and everything but noting do

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Nothing can be done for a billing issue, other than direct contact with Apple Support to resolve whatever happened or didn’t happen here. Per Apple: If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
